Terms of Service

1. Who you're buying from

You are buying from Lamperts, and your contract is with Lamperts. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Lamperts.

Everything we sell is made to order by Lamperts.

2. Payment

Full payment is taken at checkout, before your order goes into production.

3. Approval

After you order, we send you your final order to approve. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Once you approve, the design is locked, your order goes into production, and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

You are responsible for checking names, numbers, sizes, colours and spelling before you approve. Errors that appeared on what you approved are not our responsibility.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time before you approve your order, and you will be refunded in full. After you approve there are no cancellations or refunds, because your order is made to order.

5. Made to order, not returnable

Custom decorated goods can't be returned, exchanged or refunded, except for a defect in workmanship or a decoration error that doesn't match what you approved.

If that happens, tell Lamperts within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

6. Colour and material variation

Colours on screen are representations only. Wool, leather, thread and knit are dyed in lots that vary between production runs, so they won't match exactly. Colours are checked against a physical swatch before cutting.

7. Delivery

Production time depends on what you order and is counted from the day you approve it, plus shipping time. Lacers take about two to three weeks; varsity jackets about three to four weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Your artwork

By uploading a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you indemnify Lamperts against any claim arising from it.

We may decline any order we believe infringes someone else's rights, including school, league, collegiate and professional marks.

9. Questions and complaints

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Lamperts is based, and any dispute is for the courts of that state.

12. Effective date

These terms are effective from September 14, 2026. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
