1. What we collect

This policy is Lamperts's. When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address; the design you build; the names, numbers and sizes on your roster; and any artwork you upload.

We also collect some information automatically when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

2. Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Lamperts does not see or store your card number.

3. Why we use it

To take and produce your order, send you your proof and ask for your approval, ship your order, and answer your questions.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to make and deliver your order: Lamperts; the manufacturing facility; shipping carriers; Stripe, for payment; and the providers we use to send email and measure how the site is used.

We do not sell your information.

5. Rosters and young people

Names, numbers and sizes supplied for an order are used only to make that order, and never for marketing.

This site isn't directed at children under 13. Orders must be placed by an adult.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, including the Meta Pixel where it is used.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses this for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records, artwork and design files so an order can be reordered, and for as long as legal and accounting requirements need them.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Contact Lamperts to do any of these.
